Jodie Goff-RYT

Jodie first started practicing yoga after being introduced to it by her brother. She had tried many herbal remedies and medications, yoga was the only relief from all her illnesses. She then started to practice yoga every day. As she started to see the transformation in her life and being drawn to bhakti yoga (devotional union), she then took a 200 hour YTT in the spring of 2017 with Loren Russo. Now she teaches full time with a wide variety of classes from bhakti yoga to ashtanga as well as laughter yoga and chair with the elderly. Her grateful spirit allows her to reach people of all ages spreading healing, transformation, and joy to anyone who is open for it.

Christina Reece CYT

Bridget Barlet CYT

Bridget began practicing yoga as a recommendation from her doctor, not fully understanding the impact it would later have on her life. Flash forward 10 years, she graduated from Liquid Bliss Yoga Teacher Training in the Spring of 2017, igniting her passion to share the gift of yoga. Her laid back attitude is reflected in her teaching style, making her classes approachable for all experience levels ranging from beginner to advanced. Her vibe keeps the environment friendly and welcoming. When she isn’t teaching at studios, she’s a freelance makeup artist glamming up everyone from grads to brides.

Kirsten first practiced in New York City, with Dharma Mittra, famous for his Master Yoga Chart of 908 Postures, as well as being one of the first independent Yoga Teachers in the United States. Kirsten then received her Yoga Teacher training in Hawaii at Maui Yoga Shala under the direction of Nadia Toraman. Maui Yoga is a blend of the power of Ashtanga Yoga and the detail and alignment of Iyengar Yoga. Kirsten continues to practice and study yoga and is currently completing her 500 hour certification with Lori Greene of  Yoga Nine and completed a teacher training with Loren Russo. Ellen Keosseian-RYT 500
During her 31 years as a high school English teacher in Maryland, Ellen studied yoga and dreamed of becoming a yoga teacher at the end of her teaching career. She knew that it would be the perfect avenue to continue her love of teaching and passion for yoga. So in September of 2010, she began a year-long Interdisciplinary Yoga teacher training program with Ann Hunt of Nosara Yoga Institute, receiving her 200 hour certification in September, 2011. Ellen believes that yoga should be accessible to people of all ages, so her focus is Gentle Yoga, where students increase flexibility, balance, and agility very gently and slowly with the use of many props and accommodations.Ellen received her 500 hour certification with Ann Hunt of Evolve Yoga and Wellness in June 2015.

When Becky found yoga, she became aware of the transformative powers of a practice and became an avid student. Yoga allowed her to become aware and to live in the present and to rediscover her true self (one that feels and is good physically, mentally and spiritually). It helped Becky reawaken kindness and affection, something that her life before yoga had extinguished. She received her AAAI certification in May of 2014 and continues to practice, study and now teach.

Peter Kerchaval-DYP

Peter’s class is a mix of laughter, spirit and sweat. He will challenge you in a gentle and powerful way. Through his guidance you will be able to advance in your practice to places you probably thought impossible.

Jamey Stofko-RYT
Jamey was attracted to yoga as a way to connect body, mind and spirit while earning a master's degree in holistic health. She chose to share this knowledge with others through becoming an instructor, studying at Kula Kamala Foundation under the direction of Sudha Alitt. While she practices many different styles, she is especially drawn to combining her profession of occupational therapy with yoga by making her classes accessible to all people regardless of age or ability. Her spiritual name Bhaskari meaning shining and she hopes that her classes will allow each individual to shine.

Maryanne Reece-RYT

Maryann’s yoga journey started around 12 years ago as a way of coping with a diagnosis of cancer. It helped her get through all the fears, uncertainties and anxieties that came along with it. She really came to appreciate all the healing properties that came out of a yogic practice. In 2014, to celebrate her tenth year being cancer free, she decided to embark on a 200 hour intensive yoga teacher training with her first teacher who helped her more than she could ever know. During that training, she started to lean toward the slower pace of yoga, the more gentle style. Along with her 200 hour certificate from Become One Yoga taught by Jody Domerstaad, she also achieved a 30 hour Yin Yoga Level 1 certificate also taught by Jody Domerstaad, and a 30 hour Restorative Level 1 certificate from Laughing Lotus in New York City. Maryann also is a Reiki 2 practitioner, receiving her attunement from Malia Murphy. She looks forward to sharing her learning and is thankful to all of her teachers who have guided her on the path.
Lisa Howard Fusco

Lisa is a writer, life coach, meditation instructor and professional speaker who first found yoga over 20 years ago.  It was by following a coworker to a class at a New York City ashram, just for a laugh, and then floated all the way home on the subway smiling to complete strangers and making some of them nervous.  It wasn't until years later, when she synthesized all her experiences in publishing, communications and spiritual research that she found her true calling; to help others live as their best, healed and most successful selves. She has done personal work with and trained for over two years with a life coach from New Ventures West in San Francisco and attended the EverCoach Coaching Bootcamp, spoken on topics and led meditations at a variety of conferences and retreats and published hundreds of articles and posts in magazines. Some of her publications include New Jersey Monthly and Edible New Jersey, The Courier Post, The Asbury Park Press and online media on everything from food, to parenting, to environmental champions and deep matters of the spirit and heart.

Gina Dinkey Reiki Practitioner

Moving to the area three years ago and making the break from my yoga studio, created a void. Visiting the Rail Trail is my way to get some  peace and fresh air, but then I remembered a Reiki intro I went to many years ago. Being in a constant state of stress, I knew it was the right time to do something for myself, so I trained as a Reiki practitioner. This training takes sight, sound and smell to a whole new level and awakens the daily grind. I am very thankful to all that I have met in this welcoming community and want to share this healing with others.
