Learn the basics and more to build a foundation of wellness that will last a lifetime.

Ages 5-9

4:00 – 5:00 pm begins July 8th to July 29th

Ages 10 and up

5:30 – 6:30 pm July 8th to July 29th


Our programs helps to build a foundation in mindfulness.

Children will learn and practice;

breathing techniques to calm, energize, and balance,

yoga postures to build strength and flexibility,

partner poses to learn to work with another

games to develop mind & motor skills

& relaxation based in yoga theory.
