Our teachers integrate elements from a number of yogic traditions to share with you a creative & diverse approach, you will learn/do something new each time.

Gentle Yoga

Get rid of stress and pain all while improving flexibility, strength and balance by moving slowly through gentle yoga poses. Take a break from the hustle to release tension and reconnect to your spirit by connecting deeper to your body and breath.

Flow then Restore with Reiki

Begin with a gentle flowing practice to strengthen the body and then allow the gentler longer holds of restorative yoga to lengthen & rejuvenate. Top it off with some Reiki while in restorative postures.

Chair Yoga

Find deeper well-being through exploration of gentle postures, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation all while sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support.

We are so excited to be the only studio in the area to offer this Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhujan. This practice will awaken your energy in a profoundly different blend of Mantra, Mudra, Meditation and Asana.
