Our programs helps to build a foundation in mindfulness.

Children will learn and practice;

breathing techniques to calm, energize, and balance,

yoga postures to build strength and flexibility,

partner poses to learn to work with another

games to develop mind & motor skills

& relaxation based in yoga theory.
