Jamey Stofko-Yoga Therapist

Jamey was attracted to yoga as a way to connect body, mind and spirit while earning a master's degree in holistic health. She chose to share this knowledge with others through becoming an instructor, studying at Kula Kamala Foundation under the direction of Sudha Alitt. While she practices many different styles, she is especially drawn to combining her profession of occupational therapy with yoga by making her classes accessible to all people regardless of age or ability. Her spiritual name Bhaskari meaning shining and she hopes that her classes will allow each individual to shine.

Becky Peary-Yoga Therapist

When Becky found yoga, she became aware of the transformative powers of a practice and became an avid student. Yoga allowed her to become aware and to live in the present and to rediscover her true self (one that feels and is good physically, mentally and spiritually). It helped Becky reawaken kindness and affection, something that her life before yoga had extinguished. She received her AAAI certification in May of 2014 and continues to practice, study and now teach.

Jodie Goff-Yoga Therapist

Jodie first started practicing yoga after being introduced to it by her brother. Jodie was surprised to find immediate and significant benefit from a daily yoga practice, well beyond what any conventional medications or even herbal remedies had provided for her. She then started to practice yoga every day. As she started to see the transformation in her life and being drawn to Bhakti Yoga (devotional union), she then took a 200 hour YTT in the spring of 2017 with Loren Russo. Now she teaches full time with a wide variety of classes from Bhakti Yoga to Ashtanga as well as Laughter Yoga and Chair Yoga. Her grateful spirit allows her to reach people of all ages spreading healing, transformation, and joy to anyone who is open for it.

Patty Grant-Yoga Therapist

Patty's yoga journey began while healing from a serious motor cycle accident. She needed something that would not only take care of her body but most importantly her mind and spirit. As she started noticing all of the positive changes and healing properties yoga brought to her life on and off the mat, connecting mind, body and breath to find balance and peace, she decided to take her interest to the next level. Patty completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in the winter of 2018 with Loren Russo. As an instructor, she has a deep desire to encourage others to reach their personal potential, become more inner connected, to others as well as themselves. and to be more aware of the present moment. Believing that yoga is the awareness for everyone to have inner peace and an overall sense of wellness, she is grateful to have taken this journey and to all of her teachers.

Gina Dinkey Reiki Healer

Moving to the area three years ago and making the break from my yoga studio, created a void. Visiting the Rail Trail is my way to get some peace and fresh air, but then I remembered a Reiki intro I went to many years ago. Being in a constant state of stress, I knew it was the right time to do something for myself, so I trained as a Reiki practitioner. This training takes sight, sound and smell to a whole new level and awakens the daily grind. I am very thankful to all that I have met in this welcoming community and want to share this healing with others.
